Hello,

I am unable to cash out any money right now. There was a "ramdom security check" that was supposed to not take longer than maximum 60 days - which is already a very long time - this is much longer ago than 60 days already, I never got another response and my recent cashout attempt was canceled saying the exact same thing as last time. All this is months ago and I wrote at least three emails asking what's going on and didn't get a single reply except every 60 days when I try a cashout the same standard: you have to wait 60 days. this is for over 3000$ [EDIT - REMOVED ACCUSATION]

Just to keep you informed - I've tried to contact Classy Coin on multiple occasions now and so far have received no reply. I'm going to keep trying, but if I do not receive a response by Friday the 21st of November I'm going to assume they have no intention of discussing this complaint.

I'll let you know if I hear anything.

I've had nothing back from Classy Coin casino. While this is far from unexpected it's still disappointing. This fits perfectly with the pattern of non-transparency and out-right deception that's been a staple of this group as long as it's been online.
