Classy Coin - Non-Payment

Ruling

Unresolved - Classy Coin claim that chop1000 has played under multiple identities and that's why they've refused to pay the players balance. However they have refused to provide any evidence to support this claim.

As stated in other complaints, there are no legal barriers to sharing evidence in these types of cases as long as the correct permissions and agreements have been put in place beforehand. The casinos at the top end of the industry on the bases of reputation see no barrier discussing multi-accounting issues, so it's time everyone else caught up.

As things stand Classy Coin have benefited financially from the decision not to pay the player and there is no independent verification that they've made the correct decision.

Player's Complaint

Hello,

I went to Classy Coin and deposited 3 times the 1st two times I lost all, on the 3rd deposit I took a small bonus of $46.40 plus deposited $21.50 made playthrough won quite A bit.

Then the fun started when they asked for all the paperwork - not being in a good mood I said that's kind of a pain in the butt.(My Mother died the same week so was not in a real good mood.)

Then got a=- letter stating that we are going to refund your deposits due to admin and security reasons and locked me out of the casino. Said because I griped about the documents they wanted. I sent them twice on 2 different E-Mail's and have not heard 1 WORD from the Finance department.

You chat with or call Customer Support they say all they can do is E-Mail Finance still not 1 response in over 3 weeks. Won over $2000.00 if there's anything you can do, go for it I've been nice, rude and nasty. Getting ready to send a formal objection letter to there Country, I won't do that till I hear from you.

Hi chop1000,

I've had a response from my contact at Classy Coin who informs me that they're on holiday until next week but will respond to me early on next week.

As such I'm going to hold this complaint open to see what they come back with. I know you have other intentions as to pursuing this issue, don't feel any further need to wait - I still don't know whether I'm going to get a communication reasserting the same accusations as last time or one that they feel proves what they've stated. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I've been asked to wait only to be asked again to take a casinos word for what's going on.

Hi chop1000,

Classy Coin have declined the opportunity to discuss this issue further and as such they have failed to offer any supporting evidence to their claims that you've been involved in multi-accounting.

As I don't have any supporting evidence to side with one side or the other I'm marking this complaint as 'Unresolved'. That said, I don't want the ruling on my case to detract from my critisim of any casino that chooses to behave in this closed fashion. Some of the biggest and best thought of names in the industry have found ways to work with dispute mediators.
