Classy Coin - Software not paying out correctly

Resolved - Classy Coin immediately contacted RTG to review the payout issue which was confirmed. The player was then reimbursed and the technical issue has been resolved.

Player's Complaint

I was playing 5 spot Keno at Classy Coin at $.25 a bet. I played the auto 10 games. I hit 5/5 and 2x 3 spot during one of the 10 game runs. I should have been payed 800 credits (x $.25) for the 5/5 and 4 credits for the 2X 3/5 = total=804. I got paid 106 credits. I contacted support immediately and he said it shows I was paid $25 at 100x my bet. That would be true if I was playing a 6 spot and hit 5/6 but i wasn't. He said to send screenshots to the casinos support which I have (MANY TIMES).
