Hello, The Pogg team. The casino claims that I violated rules therefore my prize was confiscated. I read terms and conditions of casino attentively. I agree with the rule that placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play. It is fair, I respect terms. During the first game I did not know about this rule. It is specific, special rule, I did not meet similar in other casinos. As any ordinary consumer I played fair game and hoped for honesty of casino in reply. The casino holds a dominant position concerning the consumer therefore the casino is obliged to inform about specific conditions separately from rules. I consider it is correct. Besides, the casino has no right to hold means of the player for the far-fetched reason.

Now I will explain. I made a deposit of 200 euros.

During the game I made a lot of bets in the amount of 18.75 euros, 10 euros. Once I bet a 37.50 euros. My rate 37.50 did not win. It was wrong. My prize is not connected with this rate. My prize of 3690 euros was received from rates of 10 euros and 18.75 euros. Therefore I consider that the casino have no reasons to confiscate my prize. The casino can confiscate my prize only from a rate of 37.50 euros. The wrong rate did not affect a prize. I was lucky and I hope to receive 3690 euros. I ask you to investigate my situation attentively and to report to me about the decision as soon as possible.
