I sent my license my transaction info a paper with pdf from government up to date and with all information about my address the support email me asking me for coloured utility bill I don’t have utility bill and that’s why sent them proof of adress from government same info I sent them I sent to other casinos was approved this is very odd from casino asking for coloured pictures my license is coloured that alone should be good enough they are doing weird practices in my opinion and that’s why they are rated not good here the rating speaks for itself

You will need to provide the requested documentation before there is anything that we could do to help you. You can get a bank or utility bill posted to you by simply contacting the provider and requesting that they send this out.
