I have an issue with Cleopatra Casino not paying me some winnings. On the 14th and 15th of September I won a total of $1001 dollars. I cashed in or made a withdrawal for the full amount but after several days noticed I had not been paid. I have contacted them many times. They have told me one excuse after another, first that my bank doesn't accept the payment but they have paid me before with the same bank. Then they wanted me to supply them with my bank statements to see that I haven't been paid, I did that . Then they wanted a different bank so they could do a bank transfer , I supplied them with them details and when I contact them they keep saying to just be patient. It's almost 1 month now since I made the withdrawal and still nothing.
Can you tell me if the licence they hold means anything at all and are they regulated by anyone or is it just a lie and they can do whatever they want and keep people's winnings.
