Player's Complaint
I registered an account on cloudbet 10 month ago. Did the first deposit about 1 bitcoin and start to bet on sports and arrived to amount about 2.5-2.7 bitcoin. I did successfull withdraw of 1 bitcoin. A few days later I continued to bet and LOST a couple of bets. About 0.9-1 bitcoins remains on my account balance. A few days later I tryed to enter to bet but my account was blocked. I found out from the chat that my account is under investigation. Almost every day in the chat I get standard answers “we are investigating”, “our management are investigating”, “our department investigates”, “we will let you know, etc. and etc.
P.S. The absurdity of the situation is that they are trying to “investigate” my losing bets, after which they blocked the account?) Or are they simply “temporarily” using customers's money ...
