Player's Complaint
Cloudbet froze my account 4 weeks ago and they said that there are irregularities in my account and they need to verify my account and check the gameplay which will be conducted by play n go. I have provided them everything that they need to prove that I don't have multiple accounts. I keep sending them an email every day for the last 4 weeks and keep saying the same thing every day. I think 4 weeks is more than enough for 2 weeks of playing to check my account and gameplay.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
