Player's Complaint

Hi im win 170 euro. My documents approved. Casino: hxxp://www.club777.com/

After that they sent a letter that I sent a notarized documents to their email. I can not understand what they are entitled to it? My documents have been approved and then they asked for documents through a notary, so I sent them in the mail. It is very disrespectful to me. With such a problem cashing I encounter for the first time! I know that if they send such a letter, it means that they do not want to cash out my winnings. And it is not known for how long these documents to reach them, and I will go there anyway. Solve this problem please.

The notary will cost me 100 euros. And cashing only 170. Is this true !? And not the fact that they will confirm the document. I am not obliged to do so, you are well aware of this.

Actually - as with most online casinos - Club777 carry extended terms about providing identification. While the terms do not specifically stipulate Notarized ID, they're basically saying that there's something about your behaviour pattern or the identification that you've submitted so far that leads them to believe it's not genuine.

While I agree that it's ridiculous to request NID for such a small amount, it's highly unlikely that there will be any change in their stance. This is a group that are well known for their reluctance to cooperate with discussion of complaints and are well know for aggressive use of NID requests - both issue are clearly detailed in their reviews - http://thepogg.com/casino-review/club-777/

So we have the triple whammy - terms that do allow for requests for ID, a group that's well known for requesting ID and a group that won't discuss complaints. The chances of any response or resolution of this issue are minimum.

Hi Dzery,

I've had no response to two emails sent to Club777 casino. I've sent through a third request, but if I receive nothing back by Friday the 28th of November I'm going to assume that Club777 are not interested in discussing this issue.
