Club Gold – They promise but do not pay

Resolved - The payment is question was actually sent to the player by Club Gold casino, and received, before the player submitted this complaint.

Player's Complaint

Hello, this casino every day promises to pay 70 GBP. But their promises are nothing but empty words. I constantly refer to the online chat and tell me your payment will be processed by our accounting department today. Then I come back in the evening and my service support cashing every day throws the next day to delay cashing. Could you help me?

Hi pojarov,

I've reviewed your emails. I think you're over-reacting a little here. What Club Gold have told you is that they are having trouble making a payment to Skrill and that they can provide you with two options;

1) wait while they resolve the problem with Skrill

or

2) choose another payment method for them to send your withdrawal to

Have you tried providing an alternative payment method?

Despite a promising initial response from a Club Gold Casino rep, I've had no further response from them since forwarding on the details of your complaint. This is despite several further emails.

I've provided a deadline of Friday the 21st of August for them to offer a response.

Hi pojarov,

I've just taken a look at the screenshot of your Skrill account that you sent through.

On the 24th of July there's a credit to your balance of 70 which would match the date that Club Gold sent your payment and is the correct amount. The payment has been sent by Shadforth Associates Ltd - which is the company that owns Club Gold casino.

To me it looks like you've received your payment before you submitted this complaint?
