Player's Complaint
I used a free play then made a $60 deposit with a coupon. I made a withdrawl for $400 on Aug 21st. Completed my identity documents that were verified. They claim 7-10 business days. After the 10th day I started to contact them vis chat. Either everyday or every other day I have contacted them and everytime they tell me the same thing. That my withdrawl is still pending and my patience is appreciated. They tell me they emailed the withdrawl team and that escalated the process, whatever escalated means. I've been told that about 5 or 6x now. Last night I contacted customer service again via chat and asked what the issue is or was and she assured me the payment department was just delayed due to high payout volume. Yeah right I said. I also asked if I had violated any terms or conditions and same answer just high volume of payouts. My withdrawl was requested via Bitcoin. Could you please help me retrieve my money.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
