Player's Complaint
On August 9 2017 I went thru a bonus playthru and it was for 100.00 dollars ok they told me to submit proper documentation and send back to them. Ok I sent back the proper documentation and a week later the casino said I was approved and they told me it would haft to be approved - ok another week went by ‘ I was approved. They told me I would get a check thru the mail by FedEx within 10 to 14 days we’ll ive been contacting them for over two and a half months every week I get told the same thing be patient it takes time we will put this on the priority list could be another 10 to 14 days. This been going on since August 9-2017 they just want pay me
