Resolved - After a significant payment delay Club Player appear to have paid this player. The player is now non-responsive so we assume they've received their funds.

Player's Complaint

Two months ago I received a bonus from club player, I played the play through and requested funds. They asked for personal info, I submitted this info over 11 times before they claim they received it. Then they had to approve that info which took another 10 days so I complained to the approval department, soon after it was approved and I was told I needed to request withdrawal. I'm getting real pissed and ready to tell them where they can put this hundred dollars by now. I requested it and was told it takes another 10 to 15 days. This is ridiculous! It was finally approved on 9/15. Today is the 25 and I called to see how the progress was and they tell me another 10 to 15 days before it will be in the batch of outgoing checks! I'm livid. When I play with my money they take it immediately why do I have to wait almost 3 months to get mine? Can you help me?

I've spoken to Club Player about this issue. They inform me that you cannot take an international cheque and as such they've requested you provide details for them to send a BitCoin transaction.
