Player's Complaint
On 3/13/2019 after making a deposit with a no max cash out bonus I decided to stop while I was ahead at the amount listed. I met all playthrough requirements, and selected a payout method listed as free (without third party fees)- Bitcoin. That's when the runaround began. At first it was an issue with my verification documents. After submitting the documents several times via the methods Club Player asked of me, they switched tactics and began asking me to provide proof of a debit card I hadn't used in over four months. Finally, after I protested that method of denying payment to me, I logged into my account thinking that I would find the status of my withdrawal request as being under review. Not a chance. Not only was it NOT under review, they had a message there claiming it was denied altogether for some bogus, vague, and plain untrue reasons. The following is a copy and paste of the date, time, amount, and withdrawal method on my account from the time I requested payment until now.

The following is a copy and paste of the message on my account withdrawal page as of yesterday, 3/14/2019.

We are sorry to have to inform you that your request cannot be processed. This could be for a number of different reasons, which we have listed below:
You have not met the playthrough requirements associated with the bonus that you redeemed.
The amount you requested as a withdrawal was not enough to cover the amount of your non-cashable bonus.
You played games that you were not allowed to play with the bonus that you redeemed.
You have redeemed multiple chips and have to make a deposit with us.
None of those reasons are true. I met playthrough requirements, I won enough to cover a free transaction, I played only slots games,I was playing on a deposit I deposited with a deposit bonus, and have not redeemed any other bonuses since I requested the payout.
