Player's Complaint

Hi,

The story happens few days ago. I succeed in winning a Jackpot in casino, called Club World Casino (clubworldcasinos.com) under Curaçao eGaming License.

But, I am very disappointed because the casino support inform me that I will not be receiving these winnings, as the funds have been won from a free chip, and there is a maximum cashout to the bonus even if the Jackpot is triggered, so the most I can withdraw is 200 USD. They have a lot of confuses one agent said that I can withdraw just 100 USD, other support agent said 200 USD, their support also told me that I can continue playing and I can request the withdrawal of 200 USD, I can then use the remaining Jackpot winning funds to build up my comp points (I have all the chat transcripts and screenshots), my problem is not with 100 or 200 USD, my problem is with their registration account system and process, how they allow people from a restricted country to open an account, to redeem successfully a bonus-code, and then they close it when you get a good winnings, my problem is with their countries restriction policy-not clear enough, they mentioned only Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man as legal jurisdictions of the United Kingdom, but they did not mentioned Gibraltar, I am from Gibraltar, my problem is with their bonus policy (max cashout bonus from no deposit bonus is fixed in 2 times or 3 or what ever, they did not mentioned in the T

Hi aabramjana - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you in this case. Club World casino carry clear terms relating to the maximum allowed win from No Deposit Bonuses:

"13. The maximum cashout on all non-deposit bonuses is 5x the bonus amount and the time frame is 30 days unless stated otherwise."

The restricted countries issue is not relevant as long as they are honouring a payment of 5x the bonus amount you received. There is no grounds for payment of the full jackpot regardless of the geographical restrictions that should be in place.

Sorry,

ThePOGG

Hi and thank you for your quick answer, My problem is not with 100 or 200 USD, my problem is with their registration account system and process, how they allow people from a restricted country to open an account, to redeem successfully a bonus-code, and then they close it when you get a good winnings, and the BIG problem is with their License, this is the correspondence I received from Curaçao eGaming when I contact them about my case (Curaçao eGaming has no connection with that site and therefore any references made to Curaçao eGaming as one of the Master License holders are false and misleading.), and as mentioned in their main website page (Club World Casinos operates under Master License No.365/JAZ Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW0701122017, granted by the Government of Curaçao.) Hi aabramjana, I'm aware of what you are saying, but it doesn't make any difference. You're being paid as much as you are due by the terms and conditions YOU agreed to. That this group may be falsely claiming a Curacao eGaming license they don't have is an interesting piece of information - though hardly surprising given that this group has already been widely Blacklisted at the major gambling review sites due to other highly questionable activity - but potentially false claims about their license don't mean you should be paid $40k for a jackpot win on a No Deposit Bonus when the No Deposit Bonus carried clear rules limiting the amount you could win playing with it. On the subject of the license however, this group don't claim to be licensed by Curacao eGaming. They state that they are owned by BeSoftware N.V.. A Google search of this name produces the following license page on the Gaming Curacao site (a different Master License holder unrelated to Curacao eGaming) - hxxp://www.gaming-curacao.com/validation/besoftware-nv/. That being the case Curacao eGaming are right that they do not license this group, but this group are not claiming to be licensed by eGaming Curacao. Thanks, ThePOGG

Thank you for your explanation, Their support inform me that I can continue playing and I can request the withdrawal of the allowed amount, I can then use the remaining Jackpot winning funds to build up my comp points, but now they blocked my account, after successful registration and successful coupon redeeming?! Hi aabramjana,

They are a private business and they are entitled to accept or refuse custom as they see fit. But a quick Google Search also turned up public posts on other sites by yourself claiming that they had a fraudulent gambling license. Given that I don't think it's all that surprising that they wouldn't want you as a customer anymore....

Thanks,

ThePOGG
