Hello. blocked my account with 100 Euro. This is the response in chat.

[CLUB777 REP]: It seems there is a related account in our database with similar details and there was a fake ID document provided

[CLUB777 REP]: Unfortunately it will not be possible to re-open this account

[PLAYER]: What is the point I do 2 account is absurd. I play in other casinos PlayTech and I know the rules.

[PLAYER]: The system locks after the registration if there are 2 account on the same data. I have only one account in your casino.

I only have 1 account, it's 100% Their position is absurd! Evidence they have, only empty words. I won at the casino, so they blocked my account, that's the reason.

Please help to resolve this dispute fairly.

I've now spent a significant amount of time scrutinizing the documents submitted by this player concur with the statement made by the Club777 rep that they are not genuine.
