Player's Complaint

I played there on 25.7.2020., I deposited 200€ and played with a welcoming bonus.

I wagered the bonus correctly and didnt break any rules. I used my personal internet.

I sent them some documents and tried to withdraw the money (1950€)

The next time i tried to log in my account was closed. I was asked some bank information via email. I sent the information and they said that they will process the payment soon.

I have waited a month now and the money is still missing.. I have contacted the multiple times with email. They always say that they are working on the payment, but i dont belive them..
