Hello,
This casino voided my winnings after I fully verified my account and even did a Skype verification call with them.
I had to take days off my work because of that call because they insisted that it has to be 8AM-4PM. Could we do something about it? This is not right. They were also stalling my withdrawal for months, I played in October 2022 and they were prolongating this process until the last week. Thank you for your help in advance
