Hello!

2016-05-04 I permanently closed my account at Casinostugan (have proof of this). And a couple of months later I created an account att Comeon. I didnt know at the time, but since they shared the same license back then, I shouldnt have been allowed to do that. I used the same email and personal information so they should have noticed it. Therefore I want a refund of the money I deposited on Comeon, which is about 75000 SEK. I have been in contact with them but they refuse to refund any money at all.

When you self-excluded with Casinostugan did you request that your self-exclusion be carried over to other properties on the license?

I did not. But when I closed my account on Comeon I didnt say it either but I got money back from Snabbare.com then.

Hi bollee,

Given the original date of your self-exclusion pre-dates the Swedish licensing system it would be managed under the MGA license. The MGA license only requires self-exclusions to carry over to other properties on the license where you explicitly request that this happen. You self-exclusion at Casinostugan would not automatically carry over to ComeOn!
