Company Casino - Self-exclusion
Ruling
Found for the Casino - While we don't like it, Company casino do not hold a license that would require them to extend self-exclusions to other properties.

I can play on only one game because I have error unfinished game and I lost all money from my bank account . I want be sure that they can be also a responsible casino operator and they do not allowed play people who made self-exclusion.
They must close my accounts (if required )block my details and feature deposits and refund all my deposits made after self exclusion. Do not send me any promotional information about gambling.

Hi mmama31 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately it's highly unlikely we can do anything to help you in this case.
Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Company Casino do not have a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
This leads me on to my next point - Company are part of the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.
I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!
Also, Company Casino are licensed by Curacao eGaming. This regulator does not have the same Responsible Gambling requirements that the UKGC implements. An exclusion at one operator on a license does NOT have to be enforced at other operators on the license. Even where an exclusion is put in place for you the details of what an exclusion means are undefined and individual operators will hold entirely different standards.
We will attempt to contact the operator to discuss this issue, but you need to understand from the outset that the chances of us being able to help you are very low.
Finally, if you are experiencing significant issues controlling your gambling I would strongly encourage you to consider one of the subscription services available that will prevent your computer/phone from accessing the websites of gambling operators. You can find more information about these in our Responsible Gambling page.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
