1. When I signed up they kept losing my documents I had to provide them few times through website and emails. Not very safe and professional i would say.
2. I have cancelled my account with them and they refuse to pay out my earned cashback.
They have not carried out responsible gambling properly. I have provided them with bank statements on 22nd may. If they would reviewed provided documents my account should of been suspended. According to law they haven't do what's right. I did self exclusion on December 2019 and they still allowed me to register ar play.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
