Hello, the casino does not want to cash me my winnings, because I supposedly have a second account, but that's not true. This PC was used by several people, whether someone has registered there I do not know. now I'm supposed to verify the second account, but I don't know who that should be. You cannot give me any information on this either. This is not fair I hope they can help me
