Player's Complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I've already written a lot of complaints to the support of cookie casino and no one answer respectively help me. I wanted to get a payout of my prize ammount of 2.000 EURO, but they didn't transfer it to my bank account altough I've already sent them all of my ID's.
So I would be glad if you could help me to get a payout of my prize ammount.
