Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I wanted to withdraw 500 Euro at the Casino and they didnt do anything since over 96 hours.
I am totaly verifyed and if i contact the support they only say i need to wait. In there rules they say a withdraw is max 12 hours later
