on April 2, I requested my withdrawal and it was rejected because I had to prove my payment method while my account was already verified. I did this immediately and it was approved almost immediately, my payout of €900 was not.
this was rejected on Monday 4 April because I had filled in my name with [EDIT] and it had to be [EDIT]. [EDIT] is also on my bank account and card.
adjusted again and applied for again, this was also approved on April 4th.
the casino had told me that I would receive a proof in the mail if the payment was accepted but I have not received this until now and they do not want to give this either!
today April 8 I still have not received the payment.
I often play online but this has never happened to me.
I find cookie casino very customer unfriendly and the support team too.
