Cookie casino will not pay my winnings. I sent al de documents but still no widraw to my account. Now cookie casino told me that I have a duplicate account. But that's not true. Is just a reason for them to not pay me my money.

Hi CSs,

Your account with Betamo was closed on the 22nd of July as you told the operator you had a gambling problem. At which point you were restricted across the license.

When registering at Cookie after this, you entered a different email address and surname allowing you to bypass the automated detection systems. As you are already excluded from play with this license all activity on this account is void and the operator have returned your deposits.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
