I won $ 900, when I want to withdraw my money, I am asked to verify my identity, I provide them with lots of documents but he refuses my proof of deposit because my deposit appears with my account number but my name does not appear , j, provided the screenshot with my name and account number but i'm told it doesn't work. my bank does not allow having both at the same time.
