Player's Complaint

I have made 2-3 withdrawal requests within the past 4 months. A month ago I requested a withdrawal and contacted their live chat. I was told that I should expect verification process to take 2-3 weeks and another 2-3 weeks for the check. However, I recently contacted them and nothing was sent. I am moving soon and I am still waiting for this "check"
