Player's Complaint

I've been playing at coolcat for around 2 months, depositing funds via bitcoin and debit card twice. When I finally won I requested for a withdrawal of $2300.00 "which is less than I've deposited" besides the point. On Dec 8th I requested the withdrawal and feel like they are giving me the runaround. I've submitted all the documents they requested, twice, to 2 different emails and its just crazy! They take the money instantly but when it comes to getting it there arises all kinds of questions.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are well known for taking very long periods of time to pay withdrawals. I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you, but I would make clear at this point that it's highly unlikely that this issue will be solved quickly. Chances are you will eventually get your money, but it's likely to be a bit of a wait.

I've finally managed to get an answer to your complaint from CoolCat casino. They've informed me that you've played the balance away. I entirely understand why you'd be frustrated enough to do that, but we can't get money back for you that you've lost. Can you confirm that this is accurate?
