Player's Complaint
Hi i was playing a game of sky queen on coral when i played a round and it stopped on the queen on all 5 reels win should have been 75x the bet but the game froze and wouldn't reload so i came out and then went back to the game to see if it would start again as it has done before but it never never credited my account so i spoke to a agent who said i was not playing the game at that time 11:11 was the last game i played so j have took a screen shot of the times and date also sent them this spoke to 5 different agents intotal 1 of them said he credited my funds to my account and he never i sent them all my evidence of win and to show i was playing it but they are arguing and saying i was not
