Hi,
Hoping you can help. First off, I am fully aware as a UK player I should have not engaged with this casino - this was extremely stupid of me and I fully understand this now.
I have deposited a lot with this casino and have had 2 small withdrawals from them go through successfully. However, it was different on this occasion when I had a bigger win. I tried to withdraw £1400.10 (in 2 transactions of £1000 and £400.10 as the max amount you can withdraw in one transaction is £1000). After one week, they emailed me to say that my withdrawals were cancelled due to irregular play. This left my balance at £0 and my withdrawals were showing as cancelled in my transaction history. I have checked the terms conditions before AND after playing with this casino, and have not engaged in irregular play at all. I have emailed the casino several times and am getting absolutely 0 response. I feel they have stolen this money.
Any help or advice you can give would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who historically have been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful resolution are low.
