Hi I have deposited in total almost 6k and in the last few months of joining this site I have won 2500.00 total

Because it wouldn’t let me withdraw the full amount of £5800 as it said wagering requirements even though I didn’t use the bonus off on this win! I ended up spending the different of the balance playing in the casino as I had emailed several times with no response so I went ahead and just withdrew the maximum that it will allow me to which is £2500 total but this money is still not in my bank account and everytime I email them they say there looking into what the hold up is and they will come back to me ! The first email I got back from there when I complained about not being able to withdraw the full amount was congratulations on the win please send over ID documents to speed up withdrawal process for verification which I done straight away !! I really this money back in my bank account ASAP and I don’t know what to do !!! ?
