Player's Complaint
everything start 2 months ago when i won over 2000 euro then i wanted to withdraw some of it...then they ask me for my documentation so i send them all they asked for
first they say because i am romanian and live in denmark then i need to prove my address i send them lots of documents even some i never used in an online casino they send me to the bank to notarise them..they say all looks ok then they always come back another day say ahh one more document please go to notary or police or lawyer to notarise as the bank was not enough i did that to....i have to mention during that time i had 2 pending withdrawals one of 1000 and one of 400 euro and my account was locked out of course for security reasons
after more then 30 something days of everyday something new i finally got a message sometime at the end of july that my account been verified and all looks good...when i log back in my pending withdrawals was all cancelled and no where to be seen except in the history there u can see them as being cancelled.
i email them and told them about my withdrawal i got a message saying no problem my money will be paid out on first of the month and sorry for taking so long!
i said thank you and ask them why then they replied ahh security reason but all is good now...
then first come and nothing happened! i emailed them 20 times with not even a hello in return until yesterday saying that my account will remain closed and they will refund me my last deposit but my last deposit was when i thought they will give me my money and 50 told them i have 1400 euro to withdrawal again no answer!
sorry for the long message but i have a long list of emails its crazy i hope you can help me its been 2 nightmare months for me i had play other places before never had so many requests! should have seen they tried to ditch me when they ask for police or lawyer notarise!
