Hi and thank you for taking the time to review this.

I made an account at Crazyfox on the 19th of August. This shouldn't have been possible since I self excluded myself with Betamo and all other sites N1 has. They even verified my documents and details. I have screenshots of this.

I don't have control over my deposits and therefore have lost €8019,- up to now.

I wish for Crazyfox and N1 for that matter to return my deposits and block me from all their sites.

Hi Jantje123,

I've discussed this issue with Crazy Fox. While you did use the in account self-exclusion tool, the operator informs us that you have at no point requested that your self-exclusion be extended to other properties on the license. Under MGA regulations self-exclusions only carry over to other properties on the license where the player explicitly requests this happens.

Thank you for investigating. My issue is I could have sworn I saw an option to exclude for all properties and that I did infact check that box.

Could you ask about that?

Hi Jantje123,

We are very familiar with this license's self-exclusion facility, they have never offered an option to self-exclude across the license via the automated tool. This is something that can only be done via a direct communication.
