all evidence has been submitted to the Malta gaming authority as well.
The issue is.
demand return/refund of the deposit .
I had an account on crazy fox casino where I was playing.
After the experience of strange Disturbances of the software while playing and on my account I contacted the service team and been answered by someone named [EDIT]. (Actually, I wonder if it's the correct name of the customer service agent) Who asked for screenshots which I had sent.
the games were suddenly not available ( all evidence and screenshots has been submitted to the Malta gaming authority)
After contacting the customer service, I was answered by the same [EDIT]? Suddenly her answer was that the games were not available ( I noticed that it was a lot of games) for me!! which I replied that that's not true as I was a loyal player for weeksand the games were available all the time.
suddenly after great wins, there are disturbances of the software!
As I noticed the customer service agent was lying and playing with me I demanded my deposit as I do not trust the fairness of the service team anymore and it seems that they were controlling my playing.
[EDIT] answered that deposit withdraw was not possible and declined it two times. suddenly withdrawal was not possible strange enough.
As I became very angry of the way I have been treated I said that I will contact the auditing organization.
This [EDIT] immediately offered me a commission without the wager? that's the moment it was certain that something was not right.
I asked if I have to pay commission and no answer was given only some kind of reason why I wanted to close my account.
I was forced to play en blackmailed into leaving my deposit request only then my account will be closed.
repeated the request to this customer service agent that I want my deposit back of 60 euro as it fairness looking at the circumstances the way I have been manipulated by the service team of crazy fox casino.
