all evidence has been submitted to the Malta gaming authority as well.

The issue is.

demand return/refund of the deposit .

I had an account on crazy fox casino where I was playing.

After the experience of strange Disturbances of the software while playing and on my account I contacted the service team and been answered by someone named [EDIT]. (Actually, I wonder if it's the correct name of the customer service agent) Who asked for screenshots which I had sent.

the games were suddenly not available ( all evidence and screenshots has been submitted to the Malta gaming authority)

After contacting the customer service, I was answered by the same [EDIT]? Suddenly her answer was that the games were not available ( I noticed that it was a lot of games) for me!! which I replied that that's not true as I was a loyal player for weeksand the games were available all the time.

suddenly after great wins, there are disturbances of the software!

As I noticed the customer service agent was lying and playing with me I demanded my deposit as I do not trust the fairness of the service team anymore and it seems that they were controlling my playing.

[EDIT] answered that deposit withdraw was not possible and declined it two times. suddenly withdrawal was not possible strange enough.

As I became very angry of the way I have been treated I said that I will contact the auditing organization.

This [EDIT] immediately offered me a commission without the wager? that's the moment it was certain that something was not right.

I asked if I have to pay commission and no answer was given only some kind of reason why I wanted to close my account.

I was forced to play en blackmailed into leaving my deposit request only then my account will be closed.

repeated the request to this customer service agent that I want my deposit back of 60 euro as it fairness looking at the circumstances the way I have been manipulated by the service team of crazy fox casino.

my full name is [EDIT] ( can be found on the filling of the complaint) Problem of the games: Frequently disturbances on the games ( see the screenshot 1), this was after always after a great win ! A full explanation of what it is that the support staff did that was unfair I have asked why there was a frequently disturbance during playing even after reset of the games and if there is a Random playing generator on the software games?(see picture 1 and document of mail correspondence I received an answer from an employer called [EDIT]? she asked me to send screenshots which I did on my question if there is a random playing generator on the games, I received no answer only that suddenly my account was controlled in a way that I could not play the games anymore and that was the case of every game I tried! ( see attached screenshot of the so-called errors the games were displaying on my account. after contacting the support staff with the frequently problem and mentioned that I had mentioned this to [EDIT], suddenly one off the support staff became the name [EDIT]! who mentioned that the games were specifically not available for me! after I asked why I received an evasive answer ! that the games were not available for me! as I mentioned that I do not trust this anymore I withdrew my deposit and that was rejected twice ! by the same so-called [EDIT]. I mentioned that i will contact The MGA as something was not right here. [EDIT] suddenly came up with you can withdraw your deposit with commission without the wager! Mentioned that I do not trust this anymore so she can close my account. [EDIT] tried to force me into playing my deposit only then she will close my account . After I mentioned that I will not play because I do not trust them anymore an knew it will result in controlled loss I had to persistently demand several times to close the account all mail correspondence en screenshot has been sent to email [email protected] see the attached documents in the mail.

Received communication from crazyfox.com see a copy of communication send to email [email protected] see the attached documents in the mail.

they stated my refund has been sent on 7-12-2020 strangely enough there is no refund in my payment account.

It's directed to the appropriate department for days now and but It still not resolved!

it's still the back and forth actions.
