Crazy Fox - Deposit has disappeared


Resolved - Crazy Fox Casino has informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

On 06/06/2022 I deposited 302€ with use of provided payment provider by Crazy Fox. It was Sofort.

Money was withdrawn from my bankaccount but never arrived at Casino.

I checked with my bank and with sofort they confirm that the money is ons account of N1 interactive. So that’s the mother company of Crazy Fox. But now fot 84 hrs that keep mentioning that the money is there although I have sent screenshots and payment proof (PDF files of my bank) that the money is transferred correctly.

Also by the end of may if bought 2 Neorsurf tickets, each 100€, so 200€ in total. To deposit on crazy fox. That payment provider was available for me at their site. But people from my country can’t pay with Neosurf in online casinos. So why is crazy fox than providing that payment system for me? I contacted them and they said for multiple times that they were going to look into the issue but, never got a reply. 2 days later Neosurf wasn’t available anymore on their site as payment system. But they never informed me. And now I’m “stuck” with 200€ of worthless (for me) neorsirf tickets.

I got no reply or compensation for their mistake.
