Good evening, I am a resident of Greece..I have a very big problem with crazy fox casino, I can not withdraw the amount of money I have, for some time during this time I had closed my account for 1 month for a break, last Thursday the account and I have a deposit of 150 euros and I have made 10,000 euros I press for withdrawal and they cancel them and return them to me, and they tell me that the proof of residence is missing, I have sent them a lot of residence documents I am exhausted everything is nothing another to send they took it all, and in the end they tell me that the documents must be in Latin letters Not in Greek, I went to banks in Vodafone in my municipality and they could not get me a document in Latin letters and I can not get this paper, the ID and the deposit card they accepted but the residence address paper is pending, I can not get this in Latin ,, before but for a month I made withdrawals normally without any problem I also have the proof of withdrawals. they do it so that I do not get my money back, how I used to get them and now I can not it's a shame so much money, thank you
