The game provider in question - Greentube - have confirmed that there was a technical issue with these rounds where the stakes were not confirmed at their end. As such the rounds were reverted and your bets recredited to your account.

Hi,

I played the thousands of the game rounds 50 € bets and I do not have all the time been closely monitoring the game rounds.

The same fault may have happened again and I haven’t noticed it because I haven’t kept a close eye on the game rounds and where the stakes were not confirmed at their end.

I cannot be sure that all voided bets have been returned to me.

I want that the game provider must check manually all game rounds that I have playing in the Shooting Stars game?

There's no grounds for us to conclude that any other game rounds have been impacted by this issue. Unless you can identify specific problematic rounds we are not to ask for a review of thousands of rounds based on you thinking something may have happen without any reasonable grounds for drawing this conclusion.

This complaint is not resolved. The game has been removed from the casino. The game can be removed from the casino for example due to a malfunction. I want that all the game rounds must be investigated where the stakes were not confirmed at their end.

As previously stated, there is nothing further we can do to assist you unless you can provide information in the specific rounds you wish to be investigated. You simply wanting every single bet you every placed on this game investigated is not sound grounds for us to pursue this claim further.

And to be clear, you contested specific rounds, we investigated those specific rounds and ensured that they were managed appropriately. The issue you raised has been resolved.
