Player's Complaint
Hi, in august, I played on crazyfox casino. I deposited 50 euros and won about 400 euros. I tried to make a withdrawal of 430.59 euros via Trustly. The casino then announced that it could no longer make transfers with Trystly. They asked me to use a bank account and use withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount was 500 euros. I therefore had to transfer another 70 euros to get up to 500 euros. Then I requested a withdrawal of 500.59 euros. After I submitted the requested documents, the casino approved the transfer on 27 August. On 31 August, my bank informed me that I had received payment from the casino with SEK 69.60 (= 7 euros). The casino thus transferred only 7 euros and not 500.59. I contacted the casino on August 31st and announced this. After that I have written to the casino every day. They answer and ask me to wait for them to investigate. Today is September 10 and I still have not been paid. The casino does not help me either. They just say I should wait. Nothing happens.
