Player's Complaint

My main issue is that I was playing with my own money in my account without any use of Bonus and playing the game legacy of Dead opened a round of free spins bonus and there gave me a profit of 280 euros at the end of free spins I received a notification in the account that I received a refund of 20 euros from my deposits of the previous day a specific game we could not continue to play because when we use a bonus in the specific casino does not allow us to play in some games as in the specific one I played I deleted my bonus deducted 20 euros 250 of the profit I was playing with my own money when I explained to them they won without using a bonus they insist that they won with a Bonus and I sent them a screenshot confirmations that when we have an active bonus in our account this game does not even allow us to open it
