Crazy Fox - Responsible gaming N1 No refund

Ruling

Found for the Casino - Under the MGA license a self-exclusion would only carry over to other properties on the license if the player specifically requests this happen.

Player's Complaint

Ive been self exlcuded on Maneki for months, and before this period run out I was able to create an account on masonslots and crazyfox with the same credentials as on Maneki, and they share the same license n1.

I was able to register deposit and play on the n1 license when i was in a selfexclude period. I told both casinos about this and claimed my deposits back cuse this is not right but just got the cold hand. This is not right. I did not make withdrawls just deposit and playd hysteric with no clear head cuse gambling addiction.

I have exact the same details on all sites when registred

Hi stejtoil - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

When you self-excluded at Maneki, did you ask the operator to extend your exclusion to other properties on the license?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

I selfexcluded myself due to gambling problems. And not coolingoff period. Ive use trustly when make deposits. When checking trustly all money goes to the same account via trustly n1interactive. When im selfexcluded at any sites under the same licens n1 the should have acted. This carryover thing is just a way to have their back free. And it was not an option to click on when i did my exclusion. Im addicted and selfexclusion is 100% sign to n1 that this is playeraddicted problem and should have been blocked to the n1 licens.

Hi Stejtoil,

Unfortunately that's not the case. Under the MGA license self-exclusions only carry over to other properties on the license if the player explicitly requests that this happen. If you have not asked Maneki to do this your self-exclusion would not apply at other N1 properties.

You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 12k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

This i really a shame. If i make a selfexclusion at a site thats under the same license n1 my money should not reach the n1 i teractive bank! All my deopist is made by trustly. And when i checked my trustly the money goes exact the same way!. The n1interactive should not take my money in their account when im in i selfexclude period. This is not right and if the n1 have some type of balls they would stand up and make this one right and do the right thing for a vulnerable person.

Hi Stejtoil,

I appreciate your frustration but the N1 license have to adhere to the same rules as all other MGA license holders.

Thanks,
