Ive given this casino every documentation possible. WHICH include
1) Gov ID - V
2) Bank Statement V
3) mail address V
4) selfie pic with ID
And letter V
5) proof of deposit
Bank statement showing account #
Full Name
Address NOT Verified
6) email from GIGADAT
Showing transactions#
AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT
Dates of deposits
Transaction approved
This is where there issue is they want me to provide a verifacation of my deposits on July 8
But must include Name date amount company account all on 1 statement.I was able to give them all that info but had to be from 2 separate sources 1 my online bank which supplied my name account number address and 2nd from gigadat being a email which showed the transaction of deposits for the date amount and account number. My full name is not on my email from gigadat just my email address which is the same for my bank,my casino account and gmail for interac online. I looked at there policies regarding proof of deposit and all it says is required is date the amount and company used which I supplied. I'm concerned as I've read some reviews of this being very common for the crazy fox casino group
