Player's Complaint
Hello.
I have 100EUR withdrawable funds on the website but they wont let me withdraw with credit cards (thats the pay i deposited). They say its because of my region and i can only withdraw funds using Bank Transfer. but bank transfer withdrawal is minimum 500EUR so they ask me to deposit 400EUR and then withdraw 500.
But i have tried to explain i dont have that much money, i cant deposit 400EUR because i dont have it.
They don't care and say i wont be able to withdraw my money unless i deposit 400...
"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was cancelled due to technical reasons. Unfortunately, the withdrawal on the card for players from Sweden have a low passability. We recommend you use one of the alternative methods for making a withdrawal successfully (Bank Transfer).
We kindly ask you to make your next request for a withdrawal of your funds via Bank Transfer. Please bear in mind that in order to withdraw via Bank Transfer you need to have at least 500 EUR on your game account."
