Player's Complaint

I have been waiting 2 full weeks for a payout. They just keep telling me to be patient, they are sorry, they are ashamed of themselves…but still no payout. Another casino did my first payout within 30 minutes. They will not answer my emails and will not let me speak to a supervisor.
