Player's Complaint
I have requested a refund as I was under Gamstop but the casino let me deposit repeatedly and at a bad time I deposited a lot of money and it was unfair gaming and more money then I deposited was taken. They agreed to look at refunding me but requested documents for ID which I sent. I included my driving licence, marriage certificate, card photos, address proof and my passport which had expired 2 weeks before. I was then told they don't accept driver's license and I had to get a new passport. It stated on the list of documents they accept a photo ID card or passport but repeatedly told me they don't accept a driver's license. I got a citizen card ID as I didn't want to renew a passport with covid restrictions but was then told no it had to be a passport even though it clearly states a photo ID card. I asked why they were refusing it and was told they didn't have to tell me. I have screenshots of the conversation. They are refusing to respond now

Hi tiggywink - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.
As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Crazy Star Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 12k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
