Player's Complaint
I deposited R14000 into this casino without any bonus conditions. I proceeded to get my balance up to R28000, my first withdrawal was paid to me approximately 1 month later (R10000), thereafter I was told that according to their terms and conditions, I was only eligible to withdraw R1500 per withdrawal period (this is NOT in line with their terms and conditions).
I ended up being paid R14500 in total over the course of about 4 months, I still have a balance of +- R13500 which I have been struggling to get for months now, due to my withdrawals being restricted (I can't even submit a withdrawal request now)
Whenever I contact live support about this, they tell me to speak to my account manager [EDIT], when I speak to [EDIT], she tells me that [EDIT] is my account manager and she cant help me, I can never get hold of [EDIT] and I feel as though I have reached a dead end.
P.S I have more recently mistakenly self-excluded myself from this casino due to self excluding on another rival site, so now I am unable to access my account or balance.
