Player's Complaint

I have played at crypto thrills and the first time I cashed out they reversed my 3000 win because I exceeded the 1 mbtc bet. The second because I claimed 2 bonuses in a roll. Now the 3rd time I followed all rules cashed out 182 mbtc. Was told they were paying me out as we spoke . went back to check a couple hours later and my account was locked because I was high risk because of some chargeback s from a different casino. I didn't realize when I first started playing that the charges would have different names than the actual casino. I tried to stop it when I figured it out but it was too late. I have tried to take care of the charge backs since but regardless I was allowed to deposit but now that I won and they couldn't find a reason to deny it they had locked my account. I posted a complaint on a different site and they contacted me back agreed to reopen my account but would only pay me 50 mbtc but kept the other 132 mbtc because they had refunded a couple of my credit card payment when they locked my acct. I just don't feel like that is fair. They could've held out what they paid me or I could've sent it back but to keep 132 mbtc of my winnings seems unfair. Can you help me with this. Thank you so much
