Player's Complaint

I wanted to withdraw my funds. My withdrawal was rejected because of a mismatch. The casino needs my mail to Skrill to be the same as my mail on the casino account. On December 20, I sent a request to change my account email. I met additional casino requirements, sent ID from new mail. Mail on my account has not been updated. I didn 't get any messages from the casino. I want to understand what 's going on. I checked into the casino for fun. I spent my personal money. As a result, I get in trouble. I don 't like it, casino actions have a bad impact on casino reputation. I 'm starting to question the reliability of the casino. Please withdraw my funds to my personal account immediately.
