I requested a withdrawal 5 december 2020 after a day without my money i asked them the status, they sent me an email requiring my ID, I sent it, after 3 days without updates, i asked again about my withdrawals and they sent me another email requiring others documents, i sent it and now they just saying (and repeating) the next text:
Your withdrawals and documents have been received, but since your account has been limited, in addition to the documents, all the events and bets in which you participated are also verified.
This case is still under investigation and no timelines have yet been announced. It is taking longer than expected, please wait

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
