Player's Complaint

Hello. I registrated at the Dafabet casino, made a $80 deposit. The casino promised me a $80 bonus. After the deposit was sent, my balance was locked. I tried to explain my promblem to casino employees in a live chat, but they don't believe I made a deposit.

They asked me to send a screenshot of my deposit. I sent it to the mail [email protected] more than a week ago. The casino promised to answer within 24 hours. I didn't get an answer. I can't wait long, it seems to me that the casino is trying to seize my money illegally. I have not played once, but I'm already disappointed.
